Waste water from Restaurants, Canteens, Kitchens of households discharge to drainage with a large amount of oil, fat. To protect environment and avoid the pollution, oil and fat need to separate before discharge direct to sewer. Oil Trap is designed for above mentioned application. 

Install the Oil Trap on the way of dischage waste water pipe, waste water will go to the first chamber through the garbage screen box buit in which will keep impurities, bones, garbages... Water goes through screen net and move to the second chamber, here retention time is enough for oil floating on surface of water level. It will separate oil and water, water will go down at the bottom of tank and go outside. This oil layer will be taken out by discharge valve.
